Spent the evening with Ruby doing some race practice in the K2. I think the cold weather has finally come to an end. Its really great to paddle behind shaun, all i do is try my best to mimic his every move on each stroke. The boat is feeling really fast, we manged to clock a 1:29 for our 500m. Still having to work quite a bit on our power transfere timing. Our PAP (Paformance analysis program) came up with some interesting results, my seat is still rotating 3 degrees less than shaun on the right stroke and i'm applying pressure to the foot plate 0.1 sec after Shaun we should iron these issues out by race day. Till then we will have to settle for just looking good. I'm really beginning to miss my amazing wife 7 more nights!

Another day on the Danube!
