What a great day, our two races went really well, we won our K2 heat in 1:32 holding aoff a really strong German crew and then managed to secure our A-final spot with a 2nd in the semi with a time of 1:29.2 which is our new fastest time. Tomorrow is our heat, semi and final for the 200 as well as our 500m final. Well done to Bridgitte for her awesome silver in the 1000m and her 5th in the 500m.
