Out in the Cold!

World Champs is in exactly 15 days! Shaun and I have opted to stay in Cape Town until Saturday sticking with the routine thats been working so well this year. Fortunately the weather has been great this winter, the wind and rain have on the most past been rather scarce. We are going really well at the moment, reaching record speeds, stroke rates and gym strength all at the right time, which is always an extra mental boost going into racing. Above is a pic of another glassy day in the Mother City, Shauns the guy who only need 1 stroke to get going and I'm the other guy. So far it has been a really great decision to leave late to Europe, we've really been able to focus on the job at hand. I am looking forward to some good racing...
