Hermanus

Went and spent the weekend in Hermarnus this past weekend at Graeme Solomon's house, he and Ant Stott were busy with their final but of preparation for world marathon champs which takes place in 2 weeks time some where in Spain. The seasoned crew is looking good and seem really focused so it seems they in for a good one. The above pic is all of us cruising to lunch in Stanford. The lagoon is a great training venue and hopefully I will get to spend a bit of time training there myself this season.
