Don't ask me why its taken so long but I went for my first surf in Cape Town since moving down earlier today. Went to Noordhoek and must say that the water on the west coast is really not as bad as I had made it out to be in my head. At 12 degrees I just chucked on both my Durban suits and was able to handle at least 40 minutes. I am loving a hot Cape Town, and when the sun is shining I'm beginning to miss training just a little...
