I am back in Cape town enjoying a bit of a Spring break, although it seems as if we still in the thick of winter. I am off for the next 4 weeks. I plan to try and keep myself away from to much strenuous exercise over this period and think I have found a great way to do that, downhill single track cycling. I did it for the first time this weekend, heading down from the top of Tokai forest weaving in and out of trees, boulders and cliffs. It was a huge amount of fun and with the forest just around the corner from my house I'll be playing there quite a bit. As for my last day of racing at the World Champs, I'll let this clip do the talking:
